Account Creation, Verification & Security
To create a valid account on okbet8, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one account — creating multiple accounts is a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the immediate suspension or closure of all associated accounts. After registration, okbet8 may request identity documents, proof of address, or other supporting materials for verification purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials (username and password) confidential. okbet8 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. The account holder is fully liable for all activities carried out through the account, even if performed by a third party.
If you notice any suspicious activity or a potential security breach on your account, contact our support team immediately. okbet8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account pending investigation. Any associated balance will be kept secure during the suspension, and appropriate action will be taken once the investigation is complete.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
All users must comply with applicable Bangladeshi laws and regulations while using the okbet8 platform. Any form of manipulation, unauthorized access to another user's account, or attempts to disrupt normal platform operations will be treated as a serious violation.

Misuse of bonuses or promotions, placing artificial bets, or attempting to gain an unfair advantage through multiple accounts also falls under prohibited conduct.
Users must treat other users with respect and must not post offensive, threatening, or hateful content in any chat or comment section on the platform. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of any information they provide. Submitting false information may result in okbet8 closing the account and forfeiting any associated balance.

Payment, Deposit & Financial Transaction Rules
All financial transactions on okbet8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Users may deposit and withdraw funds through designated payment methods within the applicable minimum and maximum limits. Okbet8 reserves the right to verify a user's identity before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete. Funds will be returned via the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless an alternative arrangement is made under special circumstances.
Claiming a bonus or promotional offer requires meeting specific wagering conditions. Any bonus-linked balance is subject to applicable rollover requirements before a withdrawal can be made. Bonus terms are detailed separately in the Bonus section and are considered part of these Terms & Conditions.
If a technical error or incorrect amount is identified in any transaction, okbet8 reserves the right to cancel or correct that transaction. If a user receives excess credits by mistake, returning them is mandatory, and okbet8 reserves the right to deduct that amount directly from the account. Records of all transactions will be retained in the user's account history.

Claims for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages against this platform will not be accepted. Users bear full responsibility for any financial losses arising from their participation in betting or gambling activities.
Intellectual Property
All content on the okbet8 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is protected under okbet8's exclusive intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of okbet8 trademarks or brand names may result in legal action.

Account Policy, Terms Updates & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Okbet8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances: serious violation of the Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, submission of false information, illegal conduct, or prolonged inactivity. Users will generally be notified before an account is closed; however, accounts may be closed without prior warning in cases of serious violations. Any remaining balance upon account closure will be handled according to the circumstances.

Terms Update Policy
